Rhonda is a Specialist with Monitor Institute at Deloitte and co-leads the Institute’s Impact Measurement program. She has more than fifteen years of experience using research and data to improve decision making to promote environmental and social well-being. Before joining Monitor Institute, Rhonda served as the Director of Research of the for-benefit start-up GoodGuide, a company with a mission to help consumers make purchasing decisions that reflect their preferences and values. At GoodGuide, she co-developed the original data platform and oversaw data and ratings redesign for all environmental and social product and company ratings, including impacts on climate change, waste, air & water pollution, and biodiversity.

Rhonda was the co-founder of a research and strategy consultancy focused on environmental, health and working conditions issues whose work has been published in law and policy journals; mentioned in newspapers such as the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Guardian (U.K.); and, recognized on the floor of the United States Senate. She holds a social science Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, where her dissertation examined the impact of trade policy on transnational environmental and working conditions.
