Kelly Reid currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Corps, a social enterprise that connects leading social change organizations in the U.S. with experienced, international professionals for a yearlong capacity building fellowship. In this role, Kelly leads operational strategy and program implementation with primary responsibility for talent management and earned revenue. Before joining Atlas Corps in 2012, Kelly spent over a decade focusing on nonprofit organizational development and sector strengthening through professional positions as an independent consultant and as Director of Organizational Development with the National MultiCultural Institute. Kelly’s commitment to nonprofit sector strengthening also extends to her voluntary engagements. She has served on the Center for Nonprofit Advancement’s AIM for Excellence Award selection panel for four years; is the co-founder of Washington DC’s COO Roundtable; and is a member of Independent Sector’s C-Suite Advisory Committee. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky, a Master’s Degree in Gender from The London School of Economics, and a certificate in Development Project Management from Monterey Institute of International Studies.
