Keith Styles is Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA), one of America’s largest networks of faith-based social service providers. He is responsible for the operations of the organization, overseeing CCUSA’s efforts concerning finance, disaster operations, communications, business operations and administration, and also is responsible for all of the organization’s legal affairs. He works closely with the Audit and Finance Committees of CCUSA’s Board of Trustees as well as the Trustees of the CCUSA Employee Welfare Benefit Trust and The William R. Fry Fund Trust.
Before joining CCUSA, Styles was a partner at Arent Fox LLP and was the practice group leader of the firm’s national real estate group. Styles also has served as the managing partner of the Washington, DC office of Robins Kaplan LLP, as well as co-chair of the firm’s Business Department. During his thirty-one years in private law practice, he focused on complex debt and equity financings, joint ventures, governance and general business counseling to senior management and boards of a wide range of for-profit and nonprofit clients.
Keith is a proven leader with demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions, build a cohesive senior management team, set and achieve goals, and transform corporate culture.
Styles received his juris doctor from Georgetown University and graduated cum laude from Yale University, receiving his bachelor’s degree in political science with distinction in the major.
