Dan Healy is currently a Manager Director in the Audit Department at Guggenheim Partners, a global investment and advisory firm with more than $240 billion in assets under management. Before joining Guggenheim Partners Dan led the Internal Audit Departments of two Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles include working as a Corporate Investigator at HSBC Bank where he was responsible for investigating fraud and embezzlement claims for 66 branches and 2 operations centers in Central New York.
While being active as a nonprofit board member Dan became aware of the epidemic of fraud and embezzling crimes that continuously plague nonprofits and foundations. Using the best practices and frameworks designed for Fortune 500’s Dan worked to develop a practical, pragmatic and comprehensive approach to dramatically reducing the instance of fraud and embezzlement in the nonprofit community.
Working closely with the largest private nonprofit in the world, and several other concerned professionals, Dan founded FiduciaSolutions, which provides an inexpensive, web-based process and protocol to dramatically increase the internal control structure of nonprofits and foundation. FiduciaSolutions has been servicing the nonprofit community in the United States, Canada and Latin America since 2013.
Dan started his career in public accounting in Buffalo New York after earning an accounting degree at Canisius College and an MBA at the University of Rochester. Dan lives in Chicago with his lovely wife and two children.
